Kahlie Smith
Hello there! I am Kahlie, the owner of the salon. I have been doing hair for 11 years and I absolutely love it. I LOVE learning new techniques and about new products. I specialize in haircuts, colors and my most recent adventure has been learning eyelash extensions which I am also loving. But my favorite part is the relationships that I have built with my clients.
When I am not at the salon, you will find me chasing after my 4 young kiddos, spending time with family, or camping in the summer. My husband, Garrett, is an Ag Loan Officer and also farms with his family.

Hello, I am LeAnn and have been a hairstylist for 24 years. I specialize in haircuts and colors.
Our salon provides a relaxed environment for our clients, that have become friends. I look forward to making them look and feel their best.
When I’m not at the salon, you can usually find me at one of my 3 kid’s activities or enjoying the lake.

Hi, I’m Kelly and I have 25 years of experience being a hairstylist. I love my job and the creativity it allows. I am thankful for the relationships I have built with my clients.
When I’m not at the salon, I’m chasing my 3 boys in their activities.
Stacie Thielbar
My name is Stacie Thielbar. I’ve been a stylist for 23 years. Staying on top of the latest trends, for both men and women, by furthering my education has been essential throughout my career. I have a passion for creating natural looking color while keeping the integrity of the hair in mind. As a dedicated stylist, I strive to make each one of my clients feel great.
When I’m not at the salon, you will find me spending time with my family, attending church/school functions, and enjoying time with friends.
Quincee Walls
Hi, my name is Quincee and I just recently graduated from Cosmetology school. I plan on continuing my education in lash extensions and in hair extensions to keep on improving my skills. I am also super excited to be adding hair extensions as a new service to the salon!
When I’m not at the salon, you can find me reading, drawing, or drinking Dr. Pepper!

Irie Shway
Hello everyone! My name is Irie. I am so excited to begin my career at Escape Salon Suites. Growing up, I would have never thought I would be doing this. Here i am, doing it!! I chose this career because I enjoy building connections with clients while at the same time, delivering the results they want.
I am K’nyaw or as many of you may know as Karen. I was born in a refugee camp in Thailand. My parents took the chance they had to come to the United States, hoping for a better future for us. I can’t thank them enough for all their sacrifices for me to get to where i am today, providing my artistry to you.
I will be offering services such as gel x nails, lash extensions and hair services. I will also be adding facials in the near future. See you soon!
